Issue Resolved
We have confirmed that installing update KB5001649 for Windows 10 versions 20H2/2004 or update KB5001648 for a Windows 10 version 1909, released by Microsoft on March 18, 2021, would resolve the following issue. If you are experiencing this symptom, please install these updates.

We have confirmed an issue where image data such as company logos placed on schematic and PCB sheets are missing while printing in some devices where update KB5000802 for Windows 10 versions 20H2/2004 or update KB500808 for Windows 10 versions 1909 is installed, regardless of Quadcept versions.
We are currently working on a resolution, but if you have already encountered this issue in Quadcept, you can fix it by removing the update KB5000802 / KB5000808 from your device.
To uninstall the updates, please use the following steps:
How to Uninstall
- Open Settings.
- Click on Update & Security.
- Click on Windows Update.
- Click the View update history button.
- Click the Uninstall updates option.
- Select the update (KB5000802 or KB5000808).
- Click the Uninstall button.
- Click the Yes button.
