We experienced a system outage affecting our license management service.

|Overview||The system outage caused our license management service, Quadcept Manager to be inaccessible and resulted in a server connection error when users attempted to launch Quadcept.|
|Cause||We discovered that we had an unexpected concentration of loads that our systems could not respond to appropriately.|
There are two types of License Activation Methods available; “Network Activation” and “Standalone Activation”.
By switching the License Activation Method, it is possible to use Quadcept in an offline environment.
